先读取 [agent.json](agent.json)，再读取 [完整执行协议](ai-integration.md) 和 [OpenAPI](openapi.json)。
按 [状态动作映射](state-actions.json) 执行；选择local时根据 [releases.json](releases.json) 下载固定版本并校验SHA256；central无需下载SDK，读取 [双模式说明](docs/双模式接入与内网部署.md) 配置内网地址。

执行者为游戏开发AI。游戏凭据读取环境；网站不发放密钥，不需要用户复制指令或填写表单。缺失环境时报告缺失项。审核期间按60秒间隔查询，不把等待当作批准。sandbox只验证字段和条件，实际微信/中转/发奖须另行验证。
